We love Fairy Tales products. We had two separate lice outbreaks when my oldest daughter (now 9) was younger. My three-year old daughter with tons of thick, coarse, long hair had a terrible lice infestation. I used an over-the-counter product from the drug store that killed the bugs okay but it did not get the nits. I was very stressed out about trying to hand pick all the nits, feeling like there was no way I was going to get them all, and I was nervous about repeating the treatment with the chemicals and frying my daughter's already dry hair. I was so relieved when I tried the Lice Good-Bye Nit Removal Mousse and found it was much more effective at destroying the nits. Because the product is natural I feel better about repeating the treatment and really I think repeating was more for my peace of mind. The metal Terminator comb is far better than using the plastic combs. The conditioners also make it easier to get the comb through the hair. I use the entire preventative regiment and my daughter's hair is in better condition than it was before the lice. The best part is that my order was filled quick. The products were at my home within three days of my order with standard shipping. I am very glad my friend who is a principal at an elementary school shared the informative brochure with me. I submitted questions via the website, and rather than a reply, I received a phone call. The customer service ranks among the best I've ever encountered. Being in customer service myself, I have very high standards and expectations. My questions were answered completely and as more popped up they were also. Best of all I was allowed to ramble (due to nerves over the whole ordeal). I'll be stopping at a local salon on my way home to pick up my first set of products just to get them in hand. So glad a cyber-friend told me about your products! |

Your company has provided great service as always. My last order in May or June took no time at all. I will continue to shop with your company. Reasonable prices for a product that works. I use the shampoo on my daugther as a regular shampoo now. |

We used these products on our 2 youngest school aged children last fall & we avoided the lice outbreak going through our schools. Going to start them out this school year using the products faithfully. In addition to the products keeping the lice away, my 9yr old daughter has hair that is down past her butt & these products kept her hair in THE BEST condition of any shampoo/conditioner product I have ever purchased. I love these hair care products. I started using them after there was a breakout of head lice at my daughter's daycare. This product is so wonderful on her hair. I have ordered the Rosemary Repel Shampoo and Conditioner, the hairspray and leave in conditioner since my grand daughter started to Kindergarten. She is going into the second grade. She has very long hair and she had to sit beside a little girl at school last year that kept comming down with lice. She has never yet to have lice. I wash her hair in this at each head washing and have used it on my hair just because it was handy and it is great on both of our hair. Wonderful shampoo and conditioner. We have never had lice and I believe in this product. Thanks for all the help, makes it easier to leave them at school when you know it is going around. |

Hi I just wanted to say my family loves your products. I came upon your website when my daughter started daycare for the first time. I was worried about headlice and called your customer service number and the lady told me everything I needed to get started. Here we are almost 4 years later and in February we got the dreaded phone call saying there was a child with lice in the daycare. The next morning I checked my daughter and she was just fine not one nit or bug. I tell everyone how well your products work and now that she is starting pre k. I just wanted to let you know that I love your hair products I have been using your products for 3 years now on my daughter she attends public school in Philadelphia..There where 2 out breaks in her class this week and my child is always fine..I use the repel shampoo and conditioner , the gel,leave in spray and the hairspray repel shield.. I started using your products religiously last summer. We had our go around with lice last July.
This week, my sons decided to play with a fish oil vitamin. Needless to say, my house smelled like fish. I then washed his clothes that had the oil on them and my washer/dryer smelled too.
After trying everything to get the smell out, it dawned on me that the Fairy Tales products were made with several different type of oils. I decided to try it.
I used a small amount of the shampoo for the washer and some diluted conditioner in the dryer. IT WORKED.

I just wanted to write in and thank you for such an amazing product! My 7 year old came home from school last year with head lice. I was freaking out and bought on OTC treatment. My boss recommended this product and within a few days of receiving it and using it on her hair, the lice and nits were gone.She has been lice free since October! Just recently there was another outbreak and thankfully she did not get lice again. This product is the only thing I use on her and I just love it! |
